Got it for my parents who are dealing with sickness and need the dust not kicked up and air born after cleaning. Very happy with the vacuum.

These is my Second purchase for my Ho2 quantum vacuum is the best that I have over the years And I been married I will be over 24 years next March whooo.

We have another Quantum X vacuum that we purchased about 3 years ago. But the short swivel connection had broken. So I ordered another one to repair it and at the same time ordered another Quantum X refurbished. And I have nothing but praise for how well it works. I've had many different brands of vacuums over the years but this one is by far the best. And I will stick with it as long as it continues to work as well as it does.

I really like this vacuum! I’ve owned a rainbow vacuum for 14 yrs and the quantum vacuum is much easier to use. The only thing I have to get used to is the weight on the handle.

After buying my own I bought this one for my daughter. She is very happy with it! She is enjoying the benefits of trapping all the debris in the water and not having it blow back into her home.

Clunky and not quality expected of a vacuum this expensive.

The unit is a bit heavy and I m not so happy with not having the hose attached to the vacuum.

I have wanted this for over a year but really couldn’t afford. I bought a refurbished unit. It looks brand new and when I used it the first time I was amazed at how much dirt and dust and dog hair was vacuumed up. My carpets had been professionally cleaned two weeks prior and the vacuum was amazing.

It's my 2nd vacuum. I will never purchase another brand. Ever.

If you want a vacuum cleaner that will deep clean & leave the room fresh, this vacuum cleaner is for you. It’s rather heavy but worth it for the fantastic job it does.

Well for starters we heard a rattling in the head,so I had to take it apart and there was one of the wire cap connectors rattling in there luckily we heard it before we plugged it in,so I don’t really have that much confidence that it is thoroughly inspected and rebuilt.How did this happen,I didn’t buy a supposedly new vacuum to have to take it apart before using it.

Oh My Goodness this vacuum definitely lives up to all the hype!! I can’t stop vacuuming-LOL. I even loaned it to family members to try- they also loved the results and have made their own purchases. It is heavy and takes some muscle to use for long periods of time however, so worth the clean it produces!!

I absolutely love it. It's a little on the heavy side but it was worth every penny. I spent my house is so much cleaner. I can walk around barefoot and my feet don't get dirty anymore. Thank you so much. I love my new vacuum.

It's been amazing to see how clean things get with this vacuum. So far we love it. Even had a problem and they are replacing the broken piece already. So far it's been great.

Love how much dirt this pulls out of my floors and rugs. The only downfall is that it is hard to get the water filer canister locked in place and it’s a heavy vacuum. The handle on my canister cracked trying to get it to click in place. Loved the vacuum until that happened

It has plenty of suction but doesn't push very easy. The container that holds the water is hard to latch in place. But I'm going to use it because it makes my carpet look better.

Heavy. Clunky. I hate having to fill and dump for every room. The suction is not that great with the vacuum head. All the attachments work well. The hose gives great suction. The body detaches from the vacuum head when you lift the unit by the handle. When I was cleaning under my Daughter's bed, I tried extending the body so it would flatten and the head separated from the body and the filter leaked onto the carpet. I want to love this vacuum and was so excited to receive it, but it has disappointed me in some key ways.

If you look at my photo, no, you are not seeing double. I depend so much on my Quantum X, that when I needed the power nozzle replaced, I decided to purchase a refurbished one while waiting for the original one to be repaired. The Quantum 3-year warranty is wonderful. I’ve had to replace the basin handle and repair the roller brush with the little rollers on the bottom as well as the release lever on the power nozzle. But there is no other water filtration upright vacuum on the market, and I will not go back to the air polluting dust filters. I give a vacuum the run for its money, often having to empty the basin and cut the fur off the roller brush 3 times in one cleaning session. (We have an Australian Shepherd.) So if a part wears out on one Quantum X, I now have a spare.

It does not Work!!!!

First of all you could have told me that this was brand new and I would have believed you. As far as I can tell it was flawless and spotless. Secondly, I find it works very efficiently and it is fairly easy to maneuver. I did not need to be sold on the advantages of catching the dirt in water. I have had several rainbow vacuums and I still have one of the more recent models which I will never part with. I was even in the rainbow business for years. The only reason I won't divest myself of the rainbow is because it has a larger capacity which I need for some things. But my quantum handles and will be handling 99% of my cleaning duties from now on. I could offer a couple of critiques on the quantum. The first one is that it wouldn't have taken much to have hooks built into this back of it which would allow one to wind the cord in big loops for storage. As it is now, it is tedious and time-consuming to unplug the cord and then carefully make the same size loops and then store the cord through the handle hole. The second design critique I have is I wish the bottom of my quantum was a little bit longer and had a brush roller automatic cleaner built in, in the style of the ones they have on shark vacuums. I have had to lay my quantum down flat and pull all the hair and lint from the rollers manually which is a pain. Switching from using it as a standard upright, to using it with the hose and attachments, is very quick and easy. I would say that part of the machine is very well designed. Especially your air powered attachment which moves almost like there is a motor in it. That's good engineering. Still and all, i rate my new quantum vacuum very very highly and I expect to be a quantum owner for whatever years I have left. I find cleaning the quantum to be very easy and convenient. I even like the color that I chose, the rose gold. I'm also pleasantly surprised at how clean the separator is staying after using it several times. Unlike the rainbow where the separator has to be cleaned after every use. The feather touch switch to turn it on is very nice too. The handle is very comfortable. Being able to extend the length of it to reach under some of my furniture has been very helpful and efficient. From what I've read on Facebook I get the feeling that a lot of people don't realize that you can store the crevice tool and dusting brush on the back of the machine. The hose and attachments are of high quality, thick, plastic and the hose is ultra flexible so there is no wrestling with it while you're using it. I also very much appreciate the inclusion of a storage bag to hold everything. I wholeheartedly recommend the quantum vacuum to anybody considering a vacuum of any kind, whether it be upright or canister, there is not much that it can't do. I fully expect to see the quantum vacuum evolve a bit over the years with the addition of a couple of hooks to store the cord and a larger bottom specifically to accommodate a self cleaning roller brush. My only hope is that these things would be made available as aftermarket add-ons in addition to being included on future models, instead of forcing me to buy a new machine. I will also say that I've already had reason to call the company and I was connected immediately to a live person who was very personable and helpful, which all bodes well for customer service from quantum. Quantum, congratulations on a job well done.

Love how well it works, not so thrilled with the weight of it. Also wish the beater bar was self cleaning since I have 3 long haired dogs and acat! Lol!

I wrote a review. I don't know what happened to it. This is my second one I love love love this vacuum cleaner. The difference in the cleaning of my carpet is unbelievable. I really didn't think it would work as well as they say. But it does and worth every penny. I did buy a Lake new. Because I just couldn't afford a new one. I paid $329 for the vacuum cleaner. A brand new one would have been almost 6 hundredouble. The cost there is absolutely nothing wrong with the vacuum cleaner. Except for a few scratches, This will be the only other vacuum cleaner I will ever own. I have multiple surfaces in my house. Really thick carpets in hard flowas. It just to the surfaces with no problem. And the suction is unbelievably. You can actually see it pulling the dog far into I have 5 dogs so having a good vacuum cleaner is important. So if you're thinking twice about spending this much money, don't, it's worth every penny!!!!!!

I purchased a refurbished unit and I don’t think it was ever refurbished. The brush didn’t work, the hose had a hole in it. It wouldn’t even pick up a piece of cat hair. I purchased the additional accessories and scents only to find out it came with the vacuum. I was definitely duped by this company. It took multiple emails to get order updates, now to deal with the return process, which is going to cost more to ship back

Ok, so my vacuum cleaner came in today and can I say? I love love love it. The stuff it pulled out of my pocket was absolutely disgusting. And we power wash our rugs 3 times a year. But I also have 5 dogs. But I have to say that. It is unbelievable. It's very heavy so that would be the only downfall that I could see an older person might have trouble with. I love it. I can't say enough about it. It's only the 1st day. I'm hoping keeping my fingers crossed that. Everything works out perfectly. But thank you, quantum excel. I love my vacuum cleaner. I received my new vacuum cleaner head today. Thank you very much. This one fits my machine and is working great so farthank you very much

I’m impressed (and slightly disgusted) by what this vac is getting out of my carpets. I have aServiceMaster Queen vac as well - which is very good and this one picks up dirt and pet hair the Queen misses. Wild.

I love the vacuum it really gets the dirt out. It works exactly like the posts on line and Facebook said it would. I wasn't sure about it when I ordered it. But once it arrived I was so glad I did ordered it.

I can’t get the house to fit in! New problem.

I purchased a "like new" model and it is non functional. It does not power on. After contacting the service department, a new power cord was sent out. That did not fix the issue. Now I am waiting for a replacement unit. Everyone has been prompt at responding to my calls and e-mails, and I understand that problems do happen, so as long as I receive a working vacuum in the near future, I would recommend this company to others.

It worked as advertised. It's a little heavy, but that is understandable with the amount of water. Very satisfying when I dump container!

This is supposedly a refurbished machine. The extender that connects the body to the cleaning head will not extend. Ive put a call in and not been called back. Ive watched videos on how to put this together and the extender slides out easily. Not this one, rendering it completely useless. Trying to get a refund. So disappointing.

I just tried it just now, 2 rooms and oh my gosh,ewh. I just cleaned carpets a week ago. It pulled up so much . So far I'm very impressed. The tank is hard to get on ,but so far so good. I love it.

How can I get a replacement for the canister mine broke

I'm embarrassed to see what kind of dirt my carpets were holding! Vacuumed the whole house and then daily I've gone back to each carpeted room and spent much more time deep cleaning. Vacuuming has become my new hobby!! LOL!! I am building arm muscles in the process, too! The Quantum Vacuum is heavy but it seems to be a very well made heavy duty piece of great water filtering technology.

I had to buy one after trying my sister's. Not gonna lie, makes you feel bad about yourself when you see all the ick coming out. But so satisfying.

I honestly love this vacuum! I used to tell my two kids that my absolute least favorite household chore was emptying out our old vacuum cleaner canister. I reserved a few KN-95 masks for that task, which I often put off because I disliked it so much. Now, I empty our Quantum X vacuum canister all of the time and every time I am amazed at how much dirt and dust are picked up after just one time of vacuuming. And, there is no dust to inhale, either as I empty the container, or as I vacuum. The floors in our home are absolutely cleaner, as is the air. I first learned about the water filtration vacuum system through a Hyla rep who came to our home. I almost fell prey to buying a non-upright vacuum for way too much money. The Quantum X is affordable, effective, and easier to use as it is upright, yet can still get into hard-to-reach places. A definite win!

It's heavy but as I used it, I realized how much I LOVE it. I LOVE no dust and that's the greatest part about this vacuum. The second best part is the beautiful blue. I feel good just looking at it. I can put any smell in the air as I vacuum and it sucks well to get the dirt out. I have used the hose and like the smaller brush piece without the brush to do the carpet stairs and floor stairs. The vacuum fits on my stair and does not fall down. I just love the light that stays on as I vacuum. I think you read my mind when you made this wonderful tool. I would buy this vacuum again and again. THANK YOU!

It does an impressive job of picking up deep embedded dirt. The cleaning lady did the same area 3 times and each time the water was dirty.

Awesome vacuum cleaner

I compared this to my dyson and sadly the dyson lost big time.

This machine is a WOW it is un believeable how much it makes the house smell better and all the dust has gone to the water. NO DUST. I LOVE IT MY BOYS LOVE THEIRS THAT I GOT THEM FOR CHRISTMAS. Once you use this awesome machine you want, want to stop you clean and then rinse the container out and clean some more and see how much dirt is in your house it is amazing.

A great working vacuum. I have 4 dogs and it picks up the hair so well. I like that it’s easy to clean.

I love my unit so much I bought both sons one for Christmas. When I bought mine over a year ago. I couldn't believe that there was so much dirt in my house. After cleaning my house really good I kept going back and vacuum the floors again the dirt was still coming out of my carpet the water would turn brown. I would pour it out put fresh water in it and after vacuuming again I couldn't believe the water was so dirty. Looking at my house it looked clean and was clean as far as me doing a deep cleaning on it. But the carpet and area rugs were still showing dirt because the water was still getting dark. I cleaned my carpet and vacuumed after and it was a ran color but not black or brown so I can see that this vacuum cleaner was the best system. The air smelt so fresh and clean. I never saw any dirt coming from my other vacuum but the new vacuum is cleaning so good that the air smell fresher and clean. My boys was here when mine wad used and wanted one so much. So they will have a wonderful Christmas plus a clean house. If mine was to break or stop working, I will order me another one. I will never use nothing else. So if you do buy one you will be hooked just like I am now.

Bought a second Quantum for my summer home but had to try it out when I got it! It was even better than my original Quantum! The foot release is much easier to use!

Unfortunately, I haven't had a vacuum for some time. I ordered the Quantum X in Rose Gold, and after cleaning a portion of my floor, I had to empty the bin and continue the rest of the floor, it got all the visible dirt and pet hair. This machine is amazing, and it's easy to use. As my husband says, "This vacuum sucks!" And that is a good thing.

Easy to put together

Pros: great suction. Picks up debris when changing surfaces like carpet to wood. Picks up seed from my bird better than anything else I’ve ever used. Telescoping handle is great. Using the attachments works pretty well. Cons: it’s heavy. With a full tank of water, it’s really heavy. There also needs to be a handle for lifting somewhere. Very awkward to pick up. The attachments must be stored separately from the machine. No on board storage. It won’t be my daily cleaning machine but I’ll use it for the deep down cleaning

Let me start by saying I live on a mountain (lots of dirt everywhere). I have two large dogs (German Shepherds), a small dog and a cat. I chose to tackle the bedroom first. The machine went together quickly and I did a "first" run. When it came time to dump the water I literally dumped hair and mud. I was both shocked and disgusted. The second run I had very dirty water and about a 1/2 inch of mud in the bottom. That night both my husband and myself noticed the difference on the carpet. Needless to say we were both very impressed. I see a bright future for this vacuum.

This is incredible! My husband is a vacuum clean snob and was unsure when I bought this. It put my Dyson to shame. We just moved into a new construction house and all the construction dust was horrible. For the first time I feel that my floors are clean! I will be getting one for each of my adult kids for Christmas!

I love the way it really cleans. The easiness of removing the dust and dirt with water! But, I’m ordered than most, so the heaviness of the vacuum is on the top, that you are carrying in you hand and arm. It was very difficult to carry upstairs to the bedrooms. I was very tired and my arms and hands hurt by the time I was done. I whisper that more of the weight was in the bottom that all you are doing is pushing not caring! So I both Love it and hate it! Can’t decide if I want to return it.

I love my quantum x. With 2 large shedding dogs this machine really does get all the hair. I will address some of the issues others have stated. I found the cord to be plenty long enough and store it in the accessories bag. No dog smell in closet where I keep the vacuum. It is heavy. I am 69 with a bad back but I manage to use it with out a problem. The water container slides in easily just practice it a few times without water. If you have pets I wouldn’t flush the hair down the toilet with out straining it first. I have hardwood with area rugs and it easily goes over all floors. It is a beautiful red and I’m glad I got it

Likes: -Suction. It even grabs things that are in front of the vacuum! -Ease. I prefer it to be upright, rather than dragging another part of thr vacuum behind me. The water container is easy to pop in and out. -Smell. Someone told me it smelled clean after I was done, without using the scents. -Brush stops spinning when vacuum is locked upright. Dislikes: -Heavy at first. The wheels move along more slowly than expected, but I am so used to it now, it feels light. -Plastic pieces. I broke the plug (the one that covers the hose connection when not in use) very quickly. The foot release button is also plastic. Any part made from brittle plastic makes me think I will break it. But all in all, I am enjoying this vacuum so far.

This was purchased as a gift for my granddaughter who has rv4 dogs and 3 cats she loves the way it cleans. I also have one for my self and love it.

Love this vacuum. Was hoping for an upright with water every since I bought my rainbow. This works like the rainbow, but much easier.

Have had my quantum for a few weeks now and am ready to give an honest review. For starters, I ordered the cobalt blue but received the pink one. I know color shouldn't affect performance so decided pink would have to do. I thought about calling customer service to have this fixed but I needed to vacuum the house and the thought of waiting for a new one and having to package up current and have to drop it off somewhere to have returned was too much of a hassle. I have owned Dysons for 20+ years and honestly, I have been totally dissatisfied with my last purchased unit. So upon my first use, I realized the tank is very hard to attach to the machine. I read the insert with the detailed instructions as to how to do this but I still feel it creates a bit of difficulty. Also, I couldn't get the base unit to attach tightly. Every time I would lift the quantum up the base would detach from the unit. I tried numerous times to get it to latch tightly but it just wouldn't. I was delighted to have the scents to add to the machine so on first use I tried them. I set out to use it and this is my feedback on its performance: It's powerful and did an amazing job!! I love that there was no dust involved at all. I love that it does not have filters that need to be replaced. I have a dog and it certainly picked up the fur with no problem at all. With the scents, it left my home smelling fantastic! The Dyson is going to the dump! I am delighted that I made this purchase! My one concern after using is that the inside of the tank now feels gritty. Not sure if it is from the use of the oils? I do however like that the tank is easy to wash after use. The attachments are fantastic and I am delighted that they detach so as to not add bulkiness to the machine. As for my issue with the base detaching from the unit, after 5 or 6 uses and numerous attempts to get the base to lock into place I think it is now attached securely. The tank is still a bit tricky to lock into place. I do highly recommend the quantum, especially for pet owners. I feel the company needs to come up with a solution to attaching the tank more easily since I see that as being the biggest issue with the unit.

Amazed at how much it picks up and there's a noticeable difference in the amount of pet hair and dust the next day. I feel like I don't even need to vacuum most times and it's incredible what shows up in the tank. I wish the attachments would have better suction, but the vacuum itself is great.

I am head over heels in love with my new Quantum X vacuum! It is so well designed and easy to use. The machine itself is a little heavy, but it performs very well. I continue to be amazed at how much dust and dirt is removed from my carpet and furniture each time I use it. And the water filtration function is fabulous. There is a continuous fresh smell as I vacuum and it is wonderful to pour out all the dirt in my flower beds. Gone from inside the house. Thank you for such a great product.

Can’t say enough about this vacuum cleaner! I was shocked at the amount of dirt that came out of my carpet that I’ve only had for 2 months!!! I vacuumed it every day since I have 2 cats and a dog, but when I used the Quantum I was amazed! BEST VACUUM EVER!!!!

Its heavier than I like, also its very loud while in operation Don't like that you have to stop cleaning and attach the hoses to do baseboards ect I was satisfied with the cleaning

It does a great job, only if you have pets be aware of all the pet hair. I got so I use my regular vacuum first, just because of all the hair then follow up with the Quantum. I am thinking about vacuuming every other day with the Quantum to see if that will help as apposed to once a week. That said. I love the Quantum it does such a great job!

This is the best vacuum I've owned and I have used many brands of vacuums in the past including a Dyson. The suction power is great and I love the fact that it does not spit out unnecessary dirt and debris. I enjoy knowing that there are no hassles with bag and filter replacements which actually saves you money in the long run. I love that it leaves the area vacuumed smelling fresh and clean. The fact I can see the amount of dirt in the water canister is just astonishing and very satisfying! It is a heavier vacuum but I expect that from a high quality vacuum. Please introduce a steam attachment soon as this will be a great addition to help sanitize germs from couches bedding and more.

No smell from the filters. Great suction. Had a Dyson. Used the Quantum after having vaccuumed with the Dyson. Water was disgusting. Love getting a refurbished Quantum which made the purchase economically possible. Vacuum is in excellent condition. Heavy...but very easy to push and maneuver. Love the telescoping....allowed greater reach.

I have 3 dogs and I absolutely love this machine. Actually I am just gettimg ready to order a second water basin. This cleans up urine stains. I actually should order a second one so don't hae to cary it up and down the stairs .

Shipping was pretty quick. The second time I used it (refurbished unit) it stopped working. Called the service line, have a new unit to be delivered today. We’ll see how this one goes. I was very happy with how it worked the first time. And very pleased with how quickly I was able to reach the service department and get help.
